For those of you lucky enough to own the superb Samsung Galaxy Note 10, you’re going to be happy to hear that the stable Android 10 rollout has now started in Europe — with Germany first in line.
While the beta has been available for some time, for the full Android 10 build, the stable OTA is now heading out for those already involved in this test phase. Participants have verified that over the past 24 hours (via SamMobile) they have received the stable build.
Given that we saw the same thing happen with the Galaxy S10 before it got a wider release of Android 10 too, this is a good sign that in some markets Samsung could move the update ahead of schedule.
As we mentioned, for the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 + the Android 10 update is currently only available for those who were part of the One UI 2.0 beta program. That means that as soon as next week we could see the stable non-beta path update heading out.
The update brings the firmware version N97*FXXU1BSL7 to Note 10 for those who are wondering, so you know exactly what to look for. With this being basically just a patch for those already running OneUI 2.0 beta builds, the OTA file only measures in at 144 MB and comes with the security patch for December 2019. Nonetheless, when the stable update comes soon, we will expect a much larger download.
