The newly packaged and revamped Google Assistant was one of the main additions and surprise packages to the Pixel 4 launch event. Sadly, if you had a G Suite account signed in, the new Google Assistant didn’t work on Pixel 4 devices— that’s up until now.
The cut-down AI aid is now available in a number of regions, since recently breaking free of U.S. borders. This is definitely fantastic news for anyone who has a G Suite account on their Pixel4 and was disappointed that they were unable to access the new offline features and smaller user interfaces on their Google phone Made.
According to Reddit, Pixel 4 owners can now enable the new Google Assistant with a G Suite account signed into their devices (via Android Police). It is also worth noting that the official support pages for the updated feature still say it won’t work with a logged-in G Suite account.
If you don’t have an idea about what we’re talking about here, the minimal Assistant UI can do all the same things, but it supports ongoing conversations and can control much more of your Pixel 4 hands-free.
Ideally, you should see help rolling out over the next few weeks.
