Rumors this week have exposed Samsung ‘s plans to hit the scene on some new wearable devices, and now we have a potential start date. SamMobile’s report reveals that Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds Live will make their official debut in July.
There is no specific date yet, but sometime in July we can apparently expect Samsung to reveal its two latest wearable products.
First, that includes the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. This device skips the name of Watch 2, probably to avoid confusion with the Galaxy Watch Active 2. This product, however, will see the return of Samsung to the rotating bezel design.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Buds Live are those strange-looking “bean” earbuds. These are a radical departure from earbud designs previous to Samsung, but if pricing rumors and features turn out to be correct, they could be an excellent addition to the market!
However, Samsung is reportedly planning to host an online event to launch its Galaxy Note series in August, so why not include these two products there? That seems very logical, but in the past, Samsung has made separate unveils like this. Last year, the company split those announcements into earlier press releases when debuting the Galaxy Tab S6 and Galaxy Watch Active 2, to keep the focus on the Galaxy Note 10 series. We can expect the same this year, on the basis of this report.
