According to a new leaks, the Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra is the only one coming with a microsd slot. That information comes from Roland Quandt. He shared the info via Twitter. A new Galaxy Unpacked event was confirmed earlier today by Samsung, where we will know all the information about the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The same and for the whole Galaxy S21 series, an uphtdate from leakster Roland Quandt clarifies. The Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus will not feature microSD card slots, according to Quandt, but there will be one for the Galaxy S21 Ultra. He noted that this knowledge relates to European models of the Galaxy S21. In other regions, things can vary, as he cannot be sure, because he only has details for Europe.

S21: nope
S21+: nope
S21 Ultra: YES!
Disclaimer: this is from 2 different sources, but still not from an official spec sheet. I'd give this info a 9/10 confidence rating though.
When, due to their reduced speeds relative to eMMC and the new UFS standards, Google chose to boycott the microSD cards, several companies soon followed. One of the few companies still betting on the microSD standard for their flagships, however, was Samsung. While most mid-range devices still carry a microSD card slot, this is uncommon among flagships.
The Galaxy S20 series is currently being offered by Samsung with a hybrid SIM and microSD card setup. The Galaxy S21 with 128GB is expected to be offered by Samsung as the base variant. With 256GB and 512GB storage options as well as up to 12GB and 16GB of RAM, the latest flagship smartphones can be offered.
So yeah, the top-end Galaxy S21 Ultra w/ 512GB flash storage will indeed have 16 GB RAM.

These three smartphones will be powered by either the Snapdragon 888 or the Exynos 2100, depending on the region. All three phones will be equipped with lots of RAM and displays with a high refresh rate.
