The leaks specification details of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52 4G and Galaxy A52 5G surfaced online. All the details about the upcoming Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52 5G, which are due for launch date in the coming weeks, are revealed in the report by WinFuture. Price points, specs lists and more are included in results. So, basically, almost everything that one needs to know about the upcoming Galaxy A52 lineup is available.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A52 5G are basically completely similar, apart from the platform. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G with eight ARM Cortex-A55 cores of up to 2.3 gigahertz is apparently included in the 4G-only model, while the 5G model comes with the Snapdragon 750G, which only reaches 2.2 GHz, but only brings an integrated 5G modem.

Samsung wants to offer both devices depending on the model and the respective market, not only in variants with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB, but also in variants with a total of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory. However, these are not likely to be available in all countries and regions, as is so often the case. In any case, using a microSD card, the internal memory can easily be expanded.

The new Galaxy A52 display still offer 6.5 inches and has a pleasantly high resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It is a Super AMOLED panel that is kept flat and an optical fingerprint reader is installed under the surface, as in the Samsung Galaxy A72. The front camera is also placed behind a small hole on the upper edge of the panel, which works with an impressive 32 megapixels here. It is likely that the A52 also has a panel with an increased refresh rate.

A newly designed combination of four cameras is built on the back, with a 64 megapixel main sensor in the center. An 8-megapixel camera is also available, which is very likely to be an ultra-wide-angle camera.

There is also a 5 megapixel sensor and a 2 megapixel sensor, but we really don’t know for sure what these two sensors are for. For macro images, it would be conceivable that one sensor would be used, while the second additional sensor would be used for depth effects. With both models, 4K videos are possible.

Both versions of the Galaxy A52 are fitted with a 4500mAh battery, which should ensure very good run times in conjunction with the economical Qualcomm SoCs. Power is supplied via a USB Type-C port, up to a maximum of 25 watts. In both variants, wireless charging is missing. Here, dual SIM is just as standard as Bluetooth 5.x and NFC and ac-WLAN. In conjunction with the Samsung One UI, the operating system is Android 11 .

A small surprise with the new Galaxy A models seems to be the fact that, despite the availability of a microSD slot and a headphone connection, the devices are usually IP67 certified and should therefore be largely dustproof and waterproof. The user can choose between black, white, blue and lavender when it comes to colors.

The price is simple: the Galaxy A52 4G price EUR 349, while the Galaxy A52 5G price EUR 429. Of course, prices may also vary within Europe, depending on the country and region.
